1:1
COACHING
Personal coaching built around your life and goals. We identify what needs attention, create a practical plan, and work through the habits and decisions that move you forward—with support and honest accountability.
PERFORMANCE & WELLNESS
Build strength, improve how you move, and develop nutrition and recovery habits that support your life. Coaching and programs connect fitness, wellness, and mindset so you can keep showing up for what matters.
MEET YOUR COACH
I’M HARRY BOOM SHAW.
For more than two decades, I’ve helped people become stronger, move better, and stay capable when life gets hard. I founded Harry’s Body Shop in 2005 and have coached athletes, families, executives, law enforcement, and security teams.
I’m a Krav Maga 3rd Degree Black Belt, performance coach, husband, and father. My work brings body, mind, faith, and responsibility into one conversation.
The goal is strength you can put to work—for your health, your purpose, and the people you love.
Lakeway / Austin, Texas • Online coaching • English & Spanish
LET’S START WITH A CONVERSATION.
You don’t need a perfect plan before you start. We’ll talk about where you are, what matters most, and what kind of support fits.
You do not have to be broken to need a reset.
This work is for men who are functioning, responsible, and capable—but know they are leaving something important unattended.
This is for you if…
- You are successful at work but less present than you want to be at home.
- You know what needs to change, but you keep pushing it to “later.”
- Your health, strength, or energy has become an afterthought.
- You feel a gap between your responsibilities and your sense of purpose.
- You want accountability and challenge—not more information to collect.
This is probably not for you if…
- You want a motivational quick fix instead of sustained practice.
- You want somebody else to make your decisions for you.
- You are unwilling to examine your own habits, reactions, and responsibility.
- You are looking for clinical mental-health treatment rather than coaching.
Fortis ad Amorem.
Fortis is about rebuilding the capacity to live the life you already know matters: a stronger body, a clearer mind, a grounded soul, better relationships, and the courage to act on what you know.
Strength is not the destination. Love is. The purpose of becoming stronger—physically, mentally, spiritually and relationally—is to have more capacity to serve, protect, lead, endure and give yourself to something bigger than you.
Capability without character is dangerous. Character without courage stays theoretical.
The pillars.
These ideas sit underneath everything I coach. They are not slogans. They are standards I am trying to live, practice and teach.
Start with the man, not the checklist.
Identity comes before action. If you do not know who you are, achievement becomes another place to hide.
Strength creates capacity to serve.
Your body, mind, gifts and influence are not just for comfort. Strength gives you more to give.
Name the truth. Own the next move.
Clarity matters only when it changes the way you respond. We identify what is yours to own and turn it into the next right action.
Practice. Accountability. Reflection. Repetition. Courageous action.
Information is useful. Formation changes you. The work has to become something you practice, not just something you understand.
From insight to practice.
The work is structured enough to create momentum and personal enough to fit the season you are actually in.
Get honest.
We identify what feels off, what you have been avoiding, and what you want your life to look like instead.
See the whole man.
We look at body, mind, faith, relationships, work, habits, stress, energy, and responsibility—not one isolated problem.
Build what fits.
You leave with clear priorities, practices, and a plan that matches your actual life rather than an idealized schedule.
Practice until it changes you.
Reflection, repetition, honest feedback, and courageous action turn understanding into formation.
One offer. One commitment. One standard.
Twelve weeks to build clarity, habits, strength, and independence. Start with a conversation, then commit to the work.
A Real Conversation
We’ll talk about your goals, how coaching and training work together, and the scheduling and support you can expect before you commit.
