LET'S START THIS
CALL TO ACTIONI’ve spent most of my life helping people become stronger.
For more than two decades, I have coached strength and performance, taught self-defense and defensive tactics, built businesses, and helped people perform when things get hard.
I founded what is now Harry’s Body Shop in 2005. That is where the physical side of my coaching has lived for more than two decades. Fortis ad Amorem is the next layer of that same work: bringing body, mind, faith, identity, and responsibility into one conversation. My work has included athletes, executives, families, law-enforcement professionals, security and personal-protection teams, and teams within the Department of Defense. I am a Krav Maga 3rd Degree Black Belt, performance coach, defensive-tactics and self-defense subject-matter expert, entrepreneur, husband and father.
The longer I do this, the more convinced I become that being capable is not the same thing as being whole. My work now goes deeper: helping men become physically capable, mentally clear, spiritually grounded and honest enough to lead themselves well and serve the people entrusted to them.

Chapter 4 — Fortis ad Amorem
Strength should bring you home.
The people closest to us experience the man we are becoming. The goal is not to look strong to the world. It is to become the kind of man whose strength can be trusted by the people he loves—more present, more grounded, more honest, and more capable of carrying what is truly his.
If you know the way you are living is no longer enough, begin with one honest conversation.
You do not need a perfect plan before you start. We will identify what is taking your capacity, what matters most now, and whether I am the right coach to help you move forward.
