I WANT THISREADY TO START YOUR CHANGE?
CALL TO ACTIONStop carrying everything alone.
Twelve men. Twelve weeks. Body, mind, spirit and brotherhood—built around one standard: become strong enough to love the people God has entrusted to you well.
For men 35+ who believe in Jesus, feel stuck somewhere in their life, and are ready to do more than consume another podcast, book, retreat, or motivational speech.
You need to stop abandoning the man God is asking you to become.
You can be doing well and still know something is off.
You provide. You solve problems. People count on you. And somewhere along the way, your own formation became “I’ll get to it later.” Fortis is built for the man who is done making that deal.
Everybody gets a piece of you.
Work, family, problems, obligations. By the time you get to your own body, prayer, relationships or direction, there is not much left.
You know what to do. You are not doing it consistently.
The issue is not a lack of information. It is the gap between what you say matters and what your days actually prove.
You have people around you. That does not mean you are known.
Men can become very good at carrying pressure quietly. This gives you a place to be challenged, supported and noticed when you disappear.
You believe in Jesus. But belief still has to become practice.
Prayer, surrender, courage, responsibility and love have to make it into Tuesday morning—not just Sunday.
Receive. Pray. Surrender.
Jesus-centered formation, honest prayer, Scripture and the practice of trusting God without becoming passive.
Pay attention.
Reading, reflection and practical questions that turn insight into the next right action instead of more information.
Build capacity.
Individualized strength and conditioning, movement, walking, recovery and nutrition support that fit the man in front of us.
Do not disappear.
A small group, daily check-ins, individual mentorship, group conversations and shared experiences built around honest follow-through.
Not content. Contact.
You will have things to do, people who know whether you did them, and room to adjust when real life punches the schedule in the mouth.
Exact gym hours, live-session format, app/platform details and community-event calendar will be finalized with the founding cohort. Additional physical and community challenges will be introduced at kickoff and adjusted to individual readiness.
Six lenses. Two weeks each. One man.
We use John Eldredge’s Fathered by God as companion reading. The stages are formation themes—not badges you “complete.” The work keeps overlapping because real life does too.
Beloved Son
Receive before you prove. Belonging, support, prayer and learning to care for the life entrusted to you.
Cowboy
Move. Initiative, useful competence, teachability and becoming dependable in ordinary life.
Warrior
Choose what deserves your courage. Boundaries, restraint, responsibility and strength used in service of love.
Lover
Be present enough to love. Attention, appreciation, repair, relationship and healthy enjoyment.
King
Steward what is yours. Responsibility, influence, order, service and creating life around you instead of controlling outcomes.
Sage
Carry it forward. Humility, wisdom earned through practice, encouragement and a sustainable next season.
You will be asked to show up. You will not be asked to perform.
There is a difference between accountability and humiliation. Fortis is built to demand honest participation without turning vulnerability into a competition.
What we will ask of you
- Pray and make room for God daily.
- Train and care for your body consistently.
- Read, listen, reflect and apply.
- Tell the truth when you miss the standard.
- Ask for support before you disappear.
- Protect your brothers’ confidentiality.
- Carry the work into your home and relationships.
What this is not
- Not therapy or a replacement for clinical care.
- Not an “alpha male” performance contest.
- Not forced disclosure or trauma theater.
- Not a leaderboard for prayer, pain or fitness.
- Not identical workouts, diets or outcomes for every man.
- Not passive content you consume and forget.
- Not a promise that twelve weeks magically fixes your life.
The standard price for this 12-week experience is $3,700. For the founding beta cohort, your investment is $777 per man. The lower price comes with the same commitment to practice, accountability and honest follow-through. These first twelve men will help shape the delivery, rhythm and community experience as we build Fortis together.
Read this before you apply.
If you are wondering whether this is your room, these are the questions I would want answered too.
Do I need to be Catholic?
Do I need to already be in great shape?
What if I am private and do not want to share everything?
What happens when I miss a day or fall behind?
Is this therapy?
Is this all online?
I have spent most of my life helping people become stronger. Now the question is: stronger for what?
Fortis ad Amorem means Strong for Love. That is the point of the whole thing.
I have coached strength and performance, taught self-defense and defensive tactics, built businesses, and trained people who had to perform when pressure was real. Over time, the lesson got clearer: capability by itself is not enough. A man can be strong, successful and respected—and still be absent from his own life.
This work brings the pieces together: body, mind, faith, relationships, responsibility and brotherhood. Not to manufacture some new identity. To help you become more faithful with the man, the people and the life already entrusted to you.

Start with a conversation. No hard close. No pretending this is for everybody. We will talk about where you are, what you are carrying, and whether the founding twelve is the right room for you.
